• Dining area - Dining table and 6 chairs, high chair.
• Bathroom – bath with shower, washbasin, w.c. and heated towel rail.
  

Upstairs:

• Bedroom 1 has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and colour T.V. Ensuite w.c with basin.
• Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have two single beds that can be made up as a large double or twin beds.
  

Outside:

• Fully enclosed garden with large grass area to front and side.
• Surrounded by private woodland.
• Deck with table and chairs for outside dining.
• Gravel drive with parking for 4 cars.
• BBQ available for use.

What is provided:

• Central heating.
• All linen, hand towels, tea towels.
• Welcome pack (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, locally-made cake or biscuits.)
• Selection of DVD’s, CD’s, books, games and puzzles. Stair gate.

• No Smoking.

• Saturday change over, but flexible in low season.
